So, for example, if you change NOTE to DOTE, you'll see the E and know that the last letter of the target word ends in -E.

As more guesses are added, the target word begins to fill in.

Go from DOTE to DOLE, and you'll now have the last two letters.

Changing the D to an M gives us MOLE, which doesn't reveal any new letters, so now we can try to change the vowel.

(Lots of choices. MALE, MELE, MILE, MULE. Hmm.)

Going from O to I to make MILE, was the right choice. Now we have all but the first letter.

We've narrowed it down. But is the word PILE, TILE, VILE or something else?
